Wood Chips

Wood Chip Loading

Unlike most of our commodity operations which focus on discharge, wood chips represent Stingray Maritime's export loading capability. We handle large-volume wood chip loading at our Jacksonville Keystone terminal, preparing vessels for export markets.

Wood chip loading operations require careful stowage planning and large crew deployments — typically 6 to 8 operators with 2 superintendents — to maintain loading rates and vessel scheduling.

Capabilities

  • Export loading operations — up to 42,000 MT per vessel
  • Large crew deployments — 6-8 operators, 2 superintendents
  • Stowage planning and cargo distribution
  • Efficient loading rates for vessel scheduling
